HEALTH ALERT!!
Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):
There has been a case of PINK EYE reported in your child's school.
PINK EYE is either a viral or bacterial eye infection that can be passed from one

When returning to school a note from your child’s doctor will be needed stating
that your child is well enough to be in school and is not able to spread the illness to

REMEMBER!!!
You can help stop the spread of PINK EYE by notifying your
