Journal 4
I honestly can say this is a very good question, because I have never really had that done to me before. I am always the one that always make friends and try and keep the peace. If someone had ever done that to me i have never paid it any attention. Little things like that do not bother me. When someone has ever been mad at me and tried not to talk to me, I kind of forced them to talk to me, and no not in a bad way. It was always something so small as in "you look very nice today", or "I hope you have a good day". I am and never will be that person that keeps that weird feeling between two people.

journal 3
2.1 - This is quite interesting because we just had this happen a few days ago. We had to explain to the parent just because this class is clear of the allergy we still have children that come into this class from next door that have a allergy, and we want to keep all of our children and staff safe, I would also tell the parent that we could maybe do something else, like offer something that all the children could eat.
In this case I would tell the staff member that I can work really hard with the scheduling. I know that everyone has certain request, the only thing a director can do is try hard to do his or her best with trying to make that happen, but also I feel that the staff member should talk to a couple of other members to see if they wouldn't mind due to the circumstances.
2.2 - Of course I would so mad it would be really hard to say something to this teacher right then and there. but I would take some time to get my thoughts together and calm down. Then I would go to the teacher and tell her thank you for thinking my ideas were pretty cool, but I would also tell her to make sure she ask me to use my work, I know it would be fine but at least get my permission.
I would apologize to the parent, and let him know if we need to sit with the director we can. I also would tell him if I had seen this I would have reported to him, and had filled out an accident report. I would also tell the father I will keep a close eye on his child to insure that this will not happen again,
